Position: Warehouse Coordinator
Compensation: $22/hour
AirGuardian HVAC is seeking a skilled and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our
team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, the receiving and staging of parts and supplies as
well as maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail,
excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
■ Maintained accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock
checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory management
system
■ Procurement of materials and supplies as well as creation of reorder points
■ Procurement of parts and units for repairs and installs
■ Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve
any issues or discrepancies
■ Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and
security measures.
■ Maintain an up to date service and maintenance log on all service vehicles
■ Provide support to management as needed
■ Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize
warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Secondary Responsibilities
■ Work with office team to create daily job schedules base on parts and lead
times
■ Dispatch techs on field service management software (ServiceTrade)
■ Assists the operations department with fulfillment and quality control
■ Communicate with Service Manager and Technicians to determine
deficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Candidate Must:
○ Have a valid Driver’s License
○ Previous experience in HVAC/Trade related field a plus
○ Able to lift up at least 50lbs
○ Able to stand for a prolonged period of time
○ Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
○ Be dedicated to the mission of the company and committed to its efficiency and
success
○ Have two years’ prior experience in a similar role; proficiency with Microsoft
Office and Google Workspace is a plus
○ Adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
○ Be able to critically think & amp; solve problems
○ Be a self-starter: take initiative to learn and accept additional responsibilities
○ Respond well to direction and accept constructive criticism
