YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD INSTALLER
Every day, you take charge, ensuring each HVAC installation is executed with precision and quality. With an apprentice by your side, you lead the way, sharing knowledge and ensuring that every system is installed according to our high standards. You take pride in your ability to problem-solve and deliver top-notch customer service, leaving every client feeling confident in their new system. Whether it's verifying airflow, fine-tuning equipment, or keeping up with safety protocols, you maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise. From the first install of the day to the final quality check, you take ownership of your work, ensuring every job meets and exceeds expectations.
Here's what we need from you:
- EPA 608 certification
- 3 years of experience
- Valid driver's license
Preferred qualifications:
- Has the majority of tools needed for HVAC installation
- NATE certified
- Experience with communication equipment
- An understanding of Airflow
