Job Description :
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-week onsite contract in Kennesaw, GA . This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals .
- Perform Windows OS and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
- Assist with device imaging, setup, and deployment as needed.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Support basic network connectivity issues , including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure minimal downtime for end users.
