Position Summary
AirJoule is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Marketing that will help us continue to grow in strategic market segments and bring AirJoule products to market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and direction of AirJoule atmospheric water harvesting and dehumidification product lines. In this role, the Director of Product Marketing will pull together customers, market, technology, product, and competitive assessments to develop and execute the product commercial strategy. This role reports to the VP of Business Development and requires an experienced product leader that enjoys leading a cross-functional team to deliver value to our customers and bring innovative technology to the market.
Key Responsibilities

- Own pricing, positioning, and packaging strategy for AirJoule products.
- Develop key market personas and craft sales narrative to accelerate market adoption.
- Lead product launch and drive business results to secure customers sales and production commitments.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to establish product roadmap.
- Represent AirJoule products to target customers and market segments.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education: Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or commercial role for atmospheric water harvesting or HVAC equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience creating and executing detailed product market plans.
- Experience with product positioning, packaging, and pricing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in product, competitive, and market analysis.
- Ability to synthesize market data for existing and emerging market opportunities.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional periods of walking and standing.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 15 pounds.
