Position Summary
AirJoule is seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Operations to define and lead all aspects of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring we meet our customer needs by overseeing efficient and effective manufacturing processes with the highest commitment to safety. You will be responsible for sourcing and bringing online operations equipment, overseeing the manufacturing production process, ensuring compliance and obtaining various standards, and partnering with the broader leadership team to meet our immediate production demands as well as plan and execute a global manufacturing growth plan that aligns with our long-term demand plan.

- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, translating high-level goals into actionable operational objectives.
- Operational Excellence : Lead the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality throughout the organization.
- Team Management : Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with other department heads to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality management systems and processes to maintain high standards of product / service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management : Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, fostering creativity and initiative at all levels of the organization to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Financial Management : Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage the operations budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
