What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position at Airline Graphics, Inc.?

Duties
- Process outgoing shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Creating invoices, packing slips, & shipping labels for outgoing orders.
- Adhering to contract compliance with customers regarding their shipping methods, material certifications that are required, as well as
- Coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain stock and inventory of all shipping materials and supplies.
- Receiving & entering materials into inventory
- Preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any shipping or receiving discrepancies.
Experience
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurately processing orders and managing inventory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
