The Driver will drive and distribute inventory to our customers and pick up items from various locations. The job requires excellent customer service and professionalism, as the face of Airline Hydraulics. The Driver position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive a variety of company-owned trucks/vehicles to pick up or deliver equipment that needs to be delivered to a customer, vendor, or another Airline facility
- Ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely fashion, in line with the customer’s schedule
- Ensure loads are strapped down safely without damaging material
- Other related duties as assigned by management
- Keeping Active Truck Log (including Mileage and Stops)
- Truck Maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.
- DOT rules, duties, regulations, and up-to-date pertinent information
- Cross train and work in the warehouse and production area as needed based on business demands
- High school diploma or Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED) required. Some secondary education or degree preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook a plus
- The ideal candidate must have precise detail orientation and focus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with machine parts is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to obtain and maintain a medical card to drive a commercial vehicle
- Ability to drive a fork lift
