Responsibilities :
- Develop and enhance modules in our ERP (Profit 21)
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by Front End Developers with server-side logic
- Assist with optimizing processes and queries
- Assist with development of web-based tools (like configurators)
- Assist with optimizing processes and queries
- Create scope of work for solutions
- Build reusable code for future use
- Develop and maintain backend RESTful API’s and various other integrations
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems
- Collaborate with Front End Developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
- Implementation and monitoring of security and data protection and data storage solutions
- Contribute to development of new ideas for new programs, products, and features
- Develop new features for existing products or creating entirely new products
- Conduct research on new technologies and apply knowledge
- Provide mentorship for development team
- Determine the structure and design of web pages
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Ability to scope and groom user requirements independently
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.
- Understanding of business issues (Business Acumen)
