Position Specific Systems
Office liaison for (but not limited to):
- Signature (landlord and facilities)
- Other office-related vendors
General Duties:
- Answers and directs phone calls
- Offers hospitality to visitors (water, snacks, coffee)
- Manage Monday breakfasts
- Keep common areas clean and welcoming
- Manage office equipment
- Receive and sort daily packages/letters
- Process and save receipts not related to maintenance
- Update digital bulletin board
- Complete projects as directed
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
- Assist with Corporate events
- Cross-train as Contract Agent
- Keep accurate inventory of office supplies and orders/restocks
