Overview: We are seeking a motivated Aircraft Sales Associate to work closely with our Sales Executive team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about aviation sales, possessing strong interpersonal skills and a detailed understanding of the aircraft industry. The Sales Associate will support the Sales Executive in driving sales processes and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Executives in guiding customers through the aircraft purchase and sale process.
- Support negotiation efforts, ensuring terms that benefit all parties.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM entries and customer transaction histories.
- Assist in preparing market analyses and aircraft appraisals.
- Coordinate and participate in aircraft showings and demonstrations.
- Ensure promotional materials and specifications for aircraft listings are accurate and compelling.
- Facilitate communication among team members, including Sales Executives, Contract and Closing Coordinators, and Maintenance Managers.
- Participate in operational and sales meetings, prepared to contribute effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of phone selling experience
- Experience in sales, preferably in aviation or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Professional communication skills, including proficiency with phones and email.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software, ideally Pipedrive
- Private pilot or substantial aviation knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work comfortably with financial discussions and uphold company values.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and challenge opinions when necessary.
