- Negotiate terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in customer and transaction records.
- Prepare and verify technical and promotional materials for aircraft listings.
- Coordinate aircraft showings, pre-buy inspections, and maintenance approvals.
- Maintain open lines of communication across departments and with clients, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Regularly participate in team meetings, staying prepared and proactive in all discussions.
Qualifications:
- 7 years required - Proven sales background with specific training in sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.

- Private pilot with a firm grasp of many makes and models of aircraft.
