Leadership/Development: Takes an active role in mentoring and developing the Sales Team to utilize the developed sales plan in order to reach the corporate goals- Hiring and Training: Will be responsible for hiring Sales Associates, along with the Sales Associate Manager, and Sales Executives.
- CRM Management: Will ensure that the CRM is being utilized by the Sales Team effectively by reviewing weekly the progress of deals within the Pipeline.
- Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the Sales Team’s performance, focusing on daily activities such as the requirements listed in KPI standards
- Collaboration: Work directly with Sales Executives to manage deals, strategize on conversions, and create seamless support for both the customer and the Sales Executives.
- Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the team's CRM proficiency, skills, and product knowledge.
- Guidance: Be available to give guidance and support when needed throughout the different stages of the deal.
- Measured Growth: Show quantified improvement of the Sales Team’s performance, top line sales, and skills.
- Manage New Leads and Conversions:
Effectively manage the follow up process of New Leads in order to increase conversion rates.
