Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality flight instruction to students at all levels, from Private Pilot to CFII.
• Ensure all training meets or exceeds FAA regulations and AirNoss safety and performance standards.
• Accurately document student progress and deliver consistent, constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing training and professional development.
• Represent AirNoss with professionalism and a passion for aviation.
Qualifications:
• Current Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate required.
• CFII rating is preferred.
• Cirrus experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for aviation education and a student-first attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
