Airosmith Engineering is seeking a full-time entry-level Project Administrator to join their in-office Field Services team located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This position is responsible for the coordination of internal and external client project data, organize and administer all project related activities in cooperation with project leaders.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate project submittals, plan approvals, and permitting requirements for various development projects.
- Review construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Meet clients’ needs as projects evolve.
- Aid in preparing and track project logs, schedules and task lists.
- Monitor and track project progress and communicate or resolve issues effectively.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Report and communicate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- General administrative duties (research and compile data and documents, correspondence, printing, distributing materials, filing, tracking).
Requirements:
- 1–2yrs. Project Administrator exp. within the wireless telecommunications industry preferred.
- In-office position located in Saratoga Springs, NY
- Construction, planning or engineering background is a plus.
- Strong organizational, reporting, project and time management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess strong problem solving / analytical skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
Education:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
