Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Bookkeeper to join our startup team. This role combines administrative support with critical bookkeeping responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping Support Duties:
- Handle client calls related to AP
- Handle vendor calls related to AR
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Support budget preparation and tracking of expenditures.
