Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cars and an eye for detail, ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role involves working with various cleaning tools and products to enhance the appearance of vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of debris.
- Apply window tinting as required, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean working environment in the detailing area.
- Drive vehicles as needed for cleaning or repositioning within the facility.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding services provided.
- Keep detailed records of services performed on each vehicle for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to operate buffing machines and other detailing equipment safely and efficiently.
- A valid driver's license is required to drive customer vehicles during the detailing process.
