We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and assist in inventory management and control.
• Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Assist in creating promotional strategies to attract potential buyers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
