Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is looking for the opportunity to grow their automotive career! As a Sales Manager at Airport CDJR, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, desking new and used car deals, and helping our sales force achieve sales and revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for individual and department performance and achievement of sales targets
- Manage appropriate inventory levels by sourcing/ordering vehicles to drive growth and profitability
- Recruit, train, grow and develop sales professionals
- Work alongside F&I Managers to maximize performance and profitability
- Adhere to all standards regarding professional ethics

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets while delivering high customer service
- Team-oriented and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and process-oriented with a focus on paperwork accuracy/compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills to be used to build rapport with guests
- Sales and/or finance management in retail automotive is a plus
