We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our delivery operations and 3PL teams at our Hayward Product Distribution Center. JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the final stage of our delivery process. This includes supervising third-party logistics (3PL) teams to ensure the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of products, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products, and we’re looking for a skilled, driven, and customer-focused individual to lead our 3PL delivery operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, logistics experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
1. Lead 3PL Teams: Manage and support third-party delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
2. Delivery Management: Oversee daily delivery schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed.
3. Route Audits & Feedback: Conduct regular audits and provide actionable feedback to drivers to improve safety and customer experience.
4. Labor & Workforce Planning:Analyze market trends and workforce needs to attract and retain top delivery talent.
5. Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage strong communication and teamwork across all departments involved in delivery operations.
6. Ensure Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety policies and ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company guidelines.
7. Driver Development:Provide onboarding and continuous training for delivery personnel.
8. Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for resolving delivery-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Performance Metrics:Analyze KPIs to assess efficiency and implement process improvements.
10. Budget Oversight: Manage departmental budget and look for opportunities to reduce costs and increase profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred).
Experience:
· 5 years of experience in logistics, delivery management, or transportation operations.
· Proven experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or final-mile delivery teams.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Preferred: Experience in the home appliance or retail delivery industry, proficiency with delivery management software and handheld routing devices.

Work environment & Physical requirements
· Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds for product demonstrations, marketing materials, or promotional events.
· Office-based with occasional travel to retail locations, trade shows, or vendor meetings.
· Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
· Fast-paced, customer-facing environment with high interaction levels.
