The starting salary range for this position is $185,000 - $245,000 with an excellent benefit package. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with airport objectives.
- Maximize existing revenue streams in parking, concessions, ground services, and real estate.
- Cultivate partnerships with airlines, retailers, and government agencies to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Enhance customer experience by improving amenities, services, and passenger offerings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging technologies to stay competitive.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and airport policies in team management.
- Respond to and assist with airport emergencies as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Airport Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of executive-level experience at a small or medium hub commercial service airport.
- Extensive knowledge of modern airport financial management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
