Veterinary Clinic Team Member

Airport Road Animal Clinic

We are a very busy, fast paced Small Animal Clinic. We are growing our practive to have 6 doctors on staff and are looking to expand our Veterinary Technician and Reception Teams.

We are looking for experienced Veterinary Tecnichian and Reception staff that are reliable, self-motivated team players.

Job requirements include:

Vet Tech Position: Preparing rooms for exam (drawing up vaccines, preparing slides for cytology, etc.).

Assisting doctors with wellness and sick exams.

Preparing animals for surgery (drawing blood and placing IV catheters, etc.).

Assisting doctors in surgery.

Doing dental cleanings.

Demonstrating quality customer service and providing informative client education.

Our clinic utilizes Idexx Laboratory Integrations and has in house lab equipment, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and digital dental x-ray equipment. We are a paperless clinic using Avimark Veterinary software.

Receptionist: Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, (knowledge working with Avimark prefered but not required), checking clients in/out, communicating in clear professional manner in person, thru email, text and phone.

Positions are for Full Time employment and offer many additional benefits once the 90-day probationary period is completed.

Candidates must be honest and reliable with a positive attitude and have good communication skills, able to multitask and be able to lift 40-50lbs.

Professional appearance and attitude is required.
