- Car Rental Agent has a strong emphasis on selling and revenue maximization on core products.
- Car Rental Agent will achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
- Rental Agent will work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality customer service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience
- Car Rental Agent creates a positive customer service experience by listening to and identifying customer needs. Providing accurate information Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and service.
- Rental Agent qualifies and processes customer rentals with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Car Rental Agent will resolve customer issues and concerns professionally using effective customer service techniques.

Rental Agent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (with or without accommodation)
- Rental Agent must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Car Rental Agent must be able to spend long periods of time in front of a computer
- Rental Agent needs to spend time making repetitive motions
- Car Rental Agent must be able to walk, stoop, bend, climb
