At Airport Windsock Corporation in Lake City, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as entry-level fabricators. You don't need prior experience – we'll provide comprehensive training to help you master the skills you need.
What You'll Learn and Do:
- Learn various welding techniques, including TIG welding.
- Work with sheet metal, shaping and forming it to specifications.
- Operate drilling and cutting equipment.
- Work with various sanding and grinding operations
- Participate in the fabrication and assembly of custom products.
- Assist in prototyping and developing new designs.
- Learn inventory management and production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn basic machining skills.

- Starting pay $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with rapid pay increases. Usually, 3 in the first year.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled work area.
- Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30.
- Your opinion counts, 90 day and 180 day reviews.
