Job Summary:
This position will report directly to the VP of Client Support and Growth. This role will directly support our repair facility clientele to drive overall product utilization as well as industry knowledge of the AirPro products.
Essential Functions:
· Consult clients in areas of responsibility on all AirPro Diagnostics tool and support offerings
· Provide training and support to ensure proper scanning and calibration processes are in place and followed
· Technical estimate support to assist in overcoming insurance objections to assist clients in being compensated for scanning and calibration procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Have working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, Word, TEAMS
· Ability to review, understand and communicate OE Repair Procedures and how they relate to scan and calibration data
· Working knowledge of estimating software (C1/Mitchell) to scrub estimates for coaching and development opportunities with assigned clients
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Hold a basic understanding of or willingness to learn basic auto body shop operations and processes.
· Ability to produce and review weekly and monthly reporting to assist in workflow management and scheduling coordination for client visits.
Success of this position will be measured by overall client retention and product usage growth. Excellence in client service will be a critical part of this role as you work to develop a relationship with the client that will set AirPro apart from the rest of the industry. Hands on training on all AirPro Diagnostics products will be provided during orientation period and ongoing throughout employment as needed and required.
