In-Shop Scan Facilitator
As an In-Shop Scan Facilitator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, representing AirPro Diagnostics within their automotive repair facility. You will work independently to ensure that vehicles are accurately scanned and diagnosed, maximizing efficiency and revenue for both our clients and AirPro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Scanning:
- Prepare vehicles for pre- and post-repair scans using the AirPro scan tool.
- Submit scans to our diagnostic team of brand specialist for analysis.
- Track vehicle progress and ensure timely completion of scans.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with office & shop personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients and our remote team.
- Address any questions or concerns from the shop.
- Technical Support:
- While working with the Brand Specialist, learn to identify potential, and/or hidden vehicle damage and inform estimating team.
- Gain knowledge of ADAS calibration processes and assist with the identification of calibration needs. (WE WILL TRAIN!)
- Administrative Tasks:
- Utilize our cloud-based management software (Orion) to track and manage scans.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, turn, and twist to hook up the scan tool to the vehicles diagnostic port.
- Valid driver's license.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check & drug test.
- Must pass a MVR & have a valid drivers license.
