What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Applications Specialist position at Airrosti?
The Cash Applications Specialist is critical in ensuring Airrosti meets our Mission of consistently delivering World Class service by ensuring payments are posted accurately and efficiently and works with treatment teams on deposits and payments. The most successful Team member in this position is able to communicate effectively with team members, has a high level of attention to detail, and encompasses strong time management skills.

- Reconcile and post electronic remittance advice files (EOBs)
- Reconcile and post manual EOBs
- Refund and post patient and insurance credits
- Locate and post missing payments
- Post virtual patient payments
- Post Waystar patient payments
- Run and post virtual credit card (VCC) payments
- Daily Payment Reconciliation
- Manage ACP office deposits
- Locate payments in Wells Fargo to assist RCM team members in confirming payment was received for EOBs not yet posted
- Various ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Accounting/Finance/Reconciliation experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Regularly excellent attendance and has not been written up for attendance (or any other) issues in the last 90 days
- Must be able to work full-time (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 3 days in office, but could increase to fully in office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- $21.63 - $24.04 per hour (depending on experience)
