What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engagement Specialist position at Airrosti?
The primary responsibility of the Engagement Specialist is to represent Airrosti at various in-person and virtual events for our clients located primarily in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas. Examples of in-person events include Experience Airrosti Days, Injury Assessments, Health Fairs, Open Enrollment Meetings, Partner Events, and other events or opportunities deemed wholly beneficial to the Business Development-Account Management departments.

- Scheduling and attending employer health fairs, lunch & learns, webinars, and other client engagements
- Co-creating and executing overall employer engagement plans
- Analyzing data and trends to ensure the success of engagement opportunities
- Presenting PREAct engagement plans & immediate kick-off recommendations to HR Directors/HR teams, securing a commitment to an ongoing engagement timeline with topics and dates for new employer partners
- Organizing and coordinating details of engagement plans for Treatment Teams and the Regional Support Team as well as Marketing/design staff and other applicable team members
- Attending kick-off and engagement activities including but not limited to Lunch & Learn(s), Experience Airrosti Day(s), Injury Assessments, Health Fairs, and other special programs
- Strengthening and building relationships with employer partners and key industry personnel including brokers, carrier representatives, and wellness professionals.
- Achieving quarterly & annual team and individual goals of new patient cases driven to practices from assigned accounts and other opportunities (both through employers and physician partners)
- Ad hoc assignments as required
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Related experience and/or training may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
- Experience with external facing relationship building
- A passion for sharing Airrosti with employer partners and health plan members
- Prior Airrosti patient or existing knowledge of Airrosti is preferred
- Excels at developing relationships and building trust
- Have a natural enthusiasm, confidence, and tenacity
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented while also being able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player mentality
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in sales a plus (internal or external)
- Product promotional background a plus
- Ability to cover vast regions across DFW
- Travel (driving) is required 75% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PPT, Teams, etc.)
- $24.00 - $26.50 per hour (depending on experience)
