As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at AirSculpt, you will play a crucial role in meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals and achieving required metrics for patient satisfaction. You will utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services. Collaboration with our medical team ensures seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level are essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude are key characteristics of our successful team members.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $50K, with total annual compensation ranging from $125,000 to $200,000 . Our comprehensive benefits package includes insurance options, retirement plans, and paid time off.
