Required Skills and Qualifications We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level are essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude are key characteristics of our successful team members.
Preferred qualifications include bilingualism (Spanish) and Salesforce experience. Physical demands of the job include sitting or standing intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours) and pushing/pulling/lifting up to 25 pounds.
