We are seeking a motivated Packer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects and campaigns who can pack boxes for shipment.

Picker/Packer plays a key role in the order fulfillment process by accurately picking and packing products for shipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, lifting to 25lbs and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

HOURS

· 6:30 am – 3:00 pm Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and pack products according to established packaging standards and procedures.

· Quality Inspection: Inspect products for defects, damage, or any deviations from quality standards before packing.

· Affix labels to packages and complete necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy in product information and quantities.

· Assemble customer orders by picking and packing items according to packing lists or order sheets.

· Seal packages securely and place them in appropriate boxes or containers for shipping.

· Verify and record weights of packages to ensure they meet shipping requirements and cost standards.

· Move materials and products within the warehouse or production area using manual or powered equipment.

· Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting periodic counts and reporting discrepancies.

· Keep the packing area clean and organized to facilitate smooth operations and ensure a safe working environment.

· Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Report any safety concerns or incidents.

· Other Duties as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is beneficial.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in packaging.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages as required.

· Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.

· Team player with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
