Job Description:
As the Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Management Specialist at Airstream you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of order fulfillment and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing, packing, and shipping of online customer orders, while also maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock management.
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment and Management:
- Select, pack, and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive replenishment orders and stock shelves to maintain inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data to forecast future inventory needs and ensure optimal stock levels.
Warehouse Operations:
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager to streamline fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in graphic design needs through Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Execute marketing emails in coordination with the director of ecommerce.
- Take high-quality white background photos for online product listings.
- Input new products into the Shopify platform for online and in-store sales.
- Assist in merchandising the store and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns/exchanges as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
- Photography skills for product imaging.
- Retail merchandising experience.
