OFFICE ASSISTANT - Travel Trailer Division
Job Summary & Responsibilities :
As the Office Assistant, you will work with the Office Manager and support other cross-departmental teams in an office setting to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly and welcoming, an ambitious, self- starter who can proactively anticipate needs before they are articulated, and who can solve problems quickly, efficiently, and with limited direction.
- Greet visitors, complying with all security procedures, and direct them to the correct office
- Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
- Perform basic clerical duties (filing, make copies, etc.)
- Efficient and effective organization of all materials, correspondence, files, etc.
- Assist with meeting planning, organization, set up and execution (schedule attendees, book conference rooms, arrange catering, prepare presentations, compile meeting materials)
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Assist with planning, organizing, and managing associate events and outside visitor events
- Set up new suppliers
- Support with monthly credit card statement
- Order and stock office supplies
- Ship packages (UPS)
- Assist with picking up mail at the post office
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Draft business letters
- Support all Airstream entities as needed
