Scrum Master/Digital Project Manager Role Description: The Scrum Master will be primarily responsible for working in an agile delivery team, breaking down projects into epics, stories, milestones, and tasks, managing sprints, planning iterations and releases, and resolving interference, distractions, and impediments. We need someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills across all organizations in the business, who can understand technical development and delivery, and the different roles and responsibilities required to build and deploy software. Responsibilities: Working with product owners and stakeholders to facilitate of breakdown of business requirements into epics, stories, tasks. Interfacing with internal and external teams involved in the development and delivery of software, including software engineers and architects, UX designers, product owners, and quality assurance testers. Help the team continuously make progress on deliverables by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members' progress, and protecting the team from distractions. Report up and out on the status of tasks, stories, and milestones. Raise awareness of risks and work with the necessary parties to resolve blockers. Remove distractions from engineering by resolving impediments and any outside issues that may block the ability to develop code. Act as the "go-to" resource for the engineering team, providing clarity on tasks, gathering missing assets or requirements, and handling project changes. Interface with stakeholders to prioritize tasks for the engineering team. Document and record meetings, discussions, and stand-ups. Ensuring acceptance criteria and requirements have been met on stories and epics. Testing new features and functionality Requirements: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred. Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience working with teams as a Scrum Master or equivalent role Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical team members, internal and external. Desired: Knowledge of the RV and/or automotive industry. Experience as a Software Developer in an enterprise environment. Understands Kanban, backlog tracking, velocity, acceptance criteria, and task definition. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, etc. Experience overseeing multiple Scrum teams at a time; enterprise environment experience a plus.
