Delivery Consultants build these tailored solutions for our largest enterprise customers that reduce their time to value, increase their product sophistication, and set them up for long-term success with our platform.As a member of our Professional Services organization, you’ll partner closely with your Services counterparts to manage and deliver client implementations. You’ll work with our clients to deeply understand their requirements, map complex processes, and build and workshop custom solutions that allow them to quickly onboard their teams to Airtable’s platform. As a member of our Professional Services Team, you’ll also play a key role in shaping key processes and organizational structure as we scale.What you'll doDeeply understand clients' business processes, pain points, desired outcomes, and requirements;Advise on best practices for integrating Airtable into their workflow and provide prescriptive recommendations on configurationManage project plans when delivering single consultant engagements, ensuring on time delivery, risk mitigation, and regular project communications including status updatesCollaborate with Services and Partner team members on larger engagementsWhen necessary, develop solution architecture designs that align with clients' objectives and requirementsDeveloper mindset - provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process, addressing concerns or issues that ariseCreate documentation to support solution development and train customers on their new workflowsManage multiple implementations simultaneously, proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and in-scope solution deliverySurface trends and patterns across implementations, identifying best practices and creating resources for internal and external stakeholdersProvide insights from customer implementations that help shape Airtable’s product roadmapProvide builder, end user training, and admin guidance when neededWhen necessary, partner with Airtable Engagement Managers to validate scope for professional services engagementsWho you areYou are an avid Airtable user with deep product experience; you grasp the fundamental principles of database designNavigate ambiguity with confidence — you demonstrate the ability to work effectively in undefined or evolving situations, leveraging problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proactive communication to achieve clarity and drive progress for customer outcomes.Ability to understand and customize messaging and consulting across verticals, use cases and geographiesYou are detail-oriented and passionate about creating unique solutions to complex business problemsYou have a keen understanding of business workflows and are comfortable using process mapping toolsYou’re well-versed in database design and governance best practices and familiar with the Enterprise SaaS technology landscapeYou have excellent communication skills : you can modulate your style to engage stakeholders of varying seniority and technical backgrounds, and you deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrationsYou have 5 years of experience in a professional services or consulting roleYou have excellent project management and communication skills, and are confident prioritizing across concurrent and time-sensitive projects and prioritiesYou’re able to distill complex or technical concepts and communicate them clearly to a broad range of business and technical stakeholdersYou are results-oriented and maintain a high quality of work.
