AirTech HVAC is a well-established second-generation heating and air conditioning company that has been servicing the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas since 1988.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide service on all residential heating and air conditioning systems : gas / electric split systems, package units, heat pumps, floor and wall furnaces as well as ductless mini split systems
- Inspect and perform repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Document service performed and recommendations
- Complete all tasks in accordance with company quality and safety standards
- Keep company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency
- Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients
- Attend weekly training meetings to consistently sharpen your skills
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements :
- 3-5 years HVAC service work experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean DMV Record
- EPA Certification
- Must Have Own Hand Tools
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Read and Write English
- NATE Certification is preferred but not required
