What Will I Do?
Schedule and confirm installation appointments.
Serve as the primary communication link among all parties involved.
Update and maintain the installation calendars.
Order install job equipment and schedule all services required to install.
Prepares invoices for processing, pulling permits, collecting install payments.
Prepare necessary installation documents and instructions.
Address and resolve any scheduling issues or conflicts.
Provide backup assistance to the Call Center and answer any overflow calls
Do I Have What It Takes?
Project management (2 yr minimum)
Customer service skills (2 yr minimum preferred)
Must be able to pass a back-ground check.
Flexible schedule- must be able to work come in early, stay late or cover team members when needed.
Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines with composure.
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
