What is Growth Intelligence, you say?
It’s quite simple. To grow, we need to understand what drives demand in our category. Today, and tomorrow, and use available insights to guide the way.
As Head of Growth Intelligence at Airthings, you will be responsible for insights and analysis to fuel growth in both our commercial initiatives and building our brand. This includes giving strategic direction on how to implement a data driven mindset across our teams, and at the same time dive deep in analysis to enable all our commercial resources to run as smart as possible.
As Growth Intelligence focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to shape and strengthen our position, collaboration with all our teams is key. This involves understanding market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor behavior to craft a clear, compelling brand and establish a strong, competitive position. In short, we need to identify how trends and customer needs affect our business – and make sure our strategic initiatives and communications are backed up with facts and insights.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of how to grow a strategic position, and natural DNA in collaboration skills. The role is new to Airthings, and will evolve over time. It reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is a part of the Growth Leadership Team. The role is based in the same time zone as Oslo.
