We are seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to join our Software team at Airthings, bringing our solutions to the next level.

Headquartered in the heart of Oslo and with additional offices in the US, Canada, and Sweden, Airthings proudly supports a team of over 100 dedicated employees. The position is based in Oslo and no travel is required.
In our software team we build next-generation services providing our customers with insight based on sensor data collected from our hardware through BLE or WiFi. We aim to create the best possible user experience for our customers making sure they can easily understand what actions to take to ensure a safe and comfortable indoor environment.
You will work in a cross functional team consisting of UX, app and backend developers and a product manager. The team works closely with other R&D-teams such as cloud, hardware and data science. We use agile principles and methodologies and work to continuously improve the way we work.
As a senior iOS developer you will develop new features as well as making updates and improvements to our code base. Our apps are built on Kotlin Multiplatform with a shared code base between iOS and Android, and the native user interface is built on Swift. As a senior team member you will be expected to help other app developers grow and utilize their full potential. You will report to the Head of Software Product Engineering.

- are an awesome programmer and have good experience with iOS development.
- have a master or a bachelor in software engineering or similar.
- have at least 8 years of experience as a developer
- have experience working in cross functional teams, you share your opinions and collaborate closely with design and product as well as other team members.
- care about other people and want to help them grow.
- have opinions on best practices when it comes to development methodologies, testing and code quality.
- care about building the right thing and building the thing right by exploring how to solve problems for our users together with the rest of the team.
- have experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or similar
- may also have experience in Android, Bluetooth- or IoT development, although this is not a strict requirement.
