WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A NEW CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency (related experience may substitute)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Leadership and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Positive attitude and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to work overtime with little notice and weekends as needed
  • Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, or crouch
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to drive and operate motorized vehicles or forklifts
  • 3 years of sales experience within construction/HVAC or residential home services is a plus!
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets with positive feedback is a huge plus!

Your days involve proactive communication-checking in with existing clients, discussing potential upgrades, and identifying new growth opportunities. You meticulously maintain builder records, keeping contracts and service details current. Whether you're brainstorming with colleagues on enhancing client experiences, generating reports for leadership, or strategizing new ways to expand our services, you're constantly pushing forward. Your ability to upsell and cross-sell ensures that builders receive the best possible HVAC solutions while you help drive company success.
