YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This full-time call center position typically works has flexible working hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
As a Customer Service Rep, you are on the front lines, dealing directly with our customers. You make sure to keep an upbeat, positive attitude as you interact with each client over the phone. As you take incoming phone calls, you answer questions, set appointments, and schedule home visits. You help offer and upsell our HVAC products and upgrades to current and potential clients. To help all our teams work effectively together, you document accurate project details and customer concerns, monitor voicemails, and send appointment confirmations. With your friendly and warm demeanor, you follow up with clients over the phone to ensure everything is going well with their new or repaired HVAC system. You love interacting with people and take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction!!

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- Previous sales experience
