ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This full-time position is based in West Chester, OH, with a work schedule from Saturday through Monday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After completing the initial training period, you'll enjoy a mix of remote and in-office work, offering flexibility and balance in your workweek.
Your Typical Day: Step into your role as a Call Center Manager and take charge of our bustling call center. Your day kicks off bright and early, where you'll be leading and mentoring a team of dedicated customer service representatives. You'll manage schedules to ensure our operations run smoothly and handle any customer escalations with a calm, professional demeanor. Your expertise in customer service will shine as you work alongside your team, solving problems and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Strong customer service skills
- 3 years of call center management experience (preferred)
