A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMFORT CONSULTANT / SALES REP
As a Comfort Consultant / Sales Rep, you personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. When you're not working in a store, you generate leads through customer referrals, door hangers, and other marketing materials. As customers come into our stores, you warmly greet each client and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Once you have a thorough understanding of the customer's needs, you recommend the appropriate products and their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. When you make a sale, you process paperwork, document the sale details accurately, and coordinate with customers regarding appointment scheduling and payment. From start to finish, you see each job all the way through while maintaining exceptional customer service.
