Hi! We're Airtron Heating & Cooling in Mt. Juliet, TN! We're actively searching for a full-time Experienced HVAC Installer to join our elite team. Signing Bonus – In addition to the base salary, the company intends to pay a signing bonus of $4,000 (less applicable taxes and withholdings), payable in two payments. The first half of the payment will be processed according to the normal payroll schedule, after you have been employed with the company for 30 days. The second half of the payment will be processed according to the normal payroll schedule, after you have been employed with the company for 180 days. If you resign or are terminated for cause within twelve months of your start date, you agree to repay to Airtron, and / or have deducted from any monies Airtron owes you a portion of the signing bonus, prorated on a monthly basis, net of taxes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or GED (Experience may be substituted for education)
- Experience in HVAC installation
- Ability to interpret and understand installation plans / documents
- Basic computing skills and comfortable using a computer, laptop, or tablet
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to work overtime or occasional weekend hours
An HVAC trade school certification and EPA certification are preferred but not required. One or more years in construction or a related field is also a plus!
