WHAT WE OFFER OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll enjoy competitive pay ranging from $22 to $32 per hour depending on experience , with exceptional benefits available from day one, including full medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with no waiting period. Signing Bonus – In addition to the base salary, the company intends to pay a signing bonus of $4,000 (less applicable taxes and withholdings), payable in two payments. The first half of the payment will be processed according to the normal payroll schedule, after you have been employed with the company for 30 days. The second half of the payment will be processed according to the normal payroll schedule, after you have been employed with the company for 180 days. If you resign or are terminated for cause within twelve months of your start date, you agree to repay to Airtron, and / or have deducted from any monies Airtron owes you a portion of the signing bonus, prorated on a monthly basis, net of taxes.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
As our Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose systems, repair heating and cooling systems, and troubleshoot problems with finesse and efficiency. If you can do this, check to see if you meet the requirements listed below!
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA certified
- 1 years of heating and air conditioning experience
- Strong soldering and brazing abilities
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in navigating the internet and email software, such as Microsoft Outlook
- Valid driver's license
Having 1 years of experience in construction, HVAC, or a related field is a plus. Being HVAC certified through a trade school is a bonus!
