Welcome to an exciting opportunity at Airtron Heating & Cooling in Mt. Juliet, TN! We're actively seeking a qualified full-time HVAC Installation Tech Lead to join our dedicated team. Take the lead by starting up HVAC systems, ensuring readiness for Energy Star testing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your technical proficiency shines as you guide your team, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional service.
THE BASICS :
As our HVAC Installation Tech Lead, you'll lead a team to deliver top-notch installations, all while enjoying a competitive pay range of $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience !
Signing Bonus – In addition to the base salary, the company intends to pay a signing bonus of $4,000 (less applicable taxes and withholdings), payable in two payments. The first half of the payment will be processed according to the normal payroll schedule, after you have been employed with the company for 30 days. The second half of the payment will be processed according to the normal payroll schedule, after you have been employed with the company for 180 days. If you resign or are terminated for cause within twelve months of your start date, you agree to repay to Airtron, and / or have deducted from any monies Airtron owes you a portion of the signing bonus, prorated on a monthly basis, net of taxes.

Your regular schedule spans from Monday to Friday , offering a professional rhythm with occasional on-call weekends.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :
- High school diploma or GED (Experience may be substituted for education)
- Experience in HVAC installation
- Ability to interpret and understand installation plans / documents
- Basic computing skills and comfortable using a computer, laptop, or tablet
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to work overtime or occasional weekend hours
An HVAC trade school certification and EPA certification are preferred but not required. One or more years in construction or a related field is also a plus!
