Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to our specialized surgical focus.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care workflows.
- Monitor patient safety initiatives and drive continuous quality improvement measures.
- Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for ambulatory surgical centers.
- Lead the accreditation and certification processes to maintain industry standards.
- Act as a key liaison between nursing staff and senior management to align clinical operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgical or perioperative setting.
- Strong knowledge of surgical workflows and patient care standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
