Airworx Construction Equipment and Supply is a locally owned and operated company that serves the construction and industrial markets. For over 20 years Airworx has served the Indianapolis market while growing into the Warsaw, Fort Wayne Indiana and Milwaukee Wisconsin markets. Our clients rely on our large rental fleet as well as our new and used equipment from top manufacturers in the industry to help their construction projects run smoothly. To also help our clients projects run smoothly, Airworx also performs customer service repairs on customer owned equipment. So whether it is Rental, Sales or Service Airworx is the company that people trust to handle their construction equipment needs.
The Position:
Airworx is in the Construction Equipment industry and is looking for an outside territory salesperson. The individual needs to excel at selling and building relationships in the construction equipment business.
This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore one must have a track record of finding and closing new opportunities while also growing a current account base. To be successful in this role, our sales reps must sell consultatively and not on price. Additionally, excellent problem solving skills are critical in helping our clients achieve success.

The ideal candidate for our Outside Sales Representative role will have the following skills/experience:
- Must have prior success selling to the management levels of small to medium sized companies.
- A successful history of selling against the industry leader in a competitive market is preferred.
- Must also be a self-starter and work well without supervision.
- Experience selling a product, or experience in the Industrial Supply, Maintenance Products, Building Supply, Fleet Sales or Agricultural sales are helpful but not required.
