What You’ll Do

This role is your opportunity to play a key part in the success of each project—from the very beginning to the final follow-up. You'll be responsible for creating accurate estimates, working closely with project managers to align on scope and timelines, and supporting the smooth execution of jobs by making sure every detail is in place before the crew heads out. From paperwork to communication, your coordination ensures we’re prepared, professional, and always one step ahead.

You’ll:

• Review project plans and specifications to create reliable, competitive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to align on scope and deliverables.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and estimates with accuracy and confidence.
• Help identify risks and propose solutions early—before they become problems.
• Keep detailed records and adjust project estimates as things evolve.
• Stay current on industry best practices and pricing trends.
• Represent AirX professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

What You Bring

• Experience in construction coordination or estimating
• A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and workflows
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Confidence managing multiple projects and timelines
• Clear, professional communication and top-tier organization
• A sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through
• Bonus points if you have experience with Monday.com or basic accounting skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
