Position Title: Warranty Claims Auditor FLSA Classification: Not Exempt
Reports To: Customer Service Manager Date: 1/31/25
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
This position is primarily responsible for receiving and processing warranty claims submitted by service providers and OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers)
Essential Functions:

- Review and process all warranty claims from RV Coach manufacturers and service centers to ensure proper payment or credit is being made.
- Gather information on proposed claims for any inconsistencies in amounts.
- Submit all labor invoices to the accounting department for final payment.
- Issue credit memos to OEMs for warranty work completed through them.
- Set up service center accounts by gathering the required documents and sending them to the accounting team.
- Update the online Service Center Locator with all new service center accounts.
- Update service center labor rates based on investigation into average rates per area.
