This is a unique opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to build something from the ground up—bringing clinical excellence, operational insight, and entrepreneurial energy to a new infusion clinic in Phoenix, AZ

This is a fully onsite, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up-like environment within a well-resourced, stable company. While this position begins as a solo practitioner/manager, it’s designed to evolve into a leadership role as patient volume and staffing grow.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

In this role, you will…

• Deliver direct patient care, administering prescribed infusion therapies in a clinic setting
• Serve as the on-the-ground clinical and operational lead for the startup phase of a new ambulatory infusion center
• Develop workflows, care protocols, and documentation standards in collaboration with leadership
• Build strong relationships with prescribers, patients, and internal stakeholders to drive clinic growth
• Provide advanced assessments, formulate treatment plans, and manage patient outcomes
• Oversee scheduling and resource planning for a growing patient base
• Serve as the liaison between the clinic and executive leadership, contributing insights on strategy and expansion
• Participate in billing, quality, and compliance processes to ensure a strong foundation for scale
• Eventually lead a clinical team, with responsibility for staff recruitment, training, and management as the clinic grows

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing in Arizona; additional state licensure a plus
• Current DEA and controlled substance certification
• At least one year of infusion or complex chronic care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong IV therapy skills, including peripheral, PICC, and port access
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years in infusion therapy or outpatient care
• Experience starting or growing a healthcare service line
• Leadership potential and interest in growing into a people management role
• Familiarity with payer requirements, compliance standards, and quality programs in outpatient settings
